VideoDownloaderMaster (“we”, “our”, or “us”) built Bondly – Contact App (“Bondly”, “App”, or “Services”) to help users manage contacts, calendar reminders, caller identification, and relationship insights securely.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Bondly mobile application.

2. Permissions We Request & Why (Google Play Disclosure)

Bondly requests Android permissions strictly to provide core functionality.

We do not sell personal data and users can revoke permissions anytime in device settings.

Used to:

  • View and manage contacts
  • Create/edit/delete contacts
  • Detect duplicate contacts
  • Backup & sync contacts
  • Provide caller identification
  • Link reminders with contacts

2.2 Call Log & Phone

Used to:

  • Show caller identification
  • Display call history insights
  • Allow direct calling from the app

2.3 Calendar Permission

READ_CALENDAR • WRITE_CALENDAR

Used to:

  • Create birthday & event reminders
  • Avoid calendar conflicts
  • Allow users to manage reminders

2.4 Notifications

POST_NOTIFICATIONS

Used for:

  • Birthday reminders
  • Event reminders
  • Important alerts

2.5 Alarm & Background Services

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED • SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM • USE_EXACT_ALARM

Used to:

  • Trigger reminders on time
  • Run backups & sync
  • Restore reminders after restart

Used for:

  • Sync and backup
  • Caller ID updates
  • App reliability

2.7 Media & Camera

READ_MEDIA_IMAGES • READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE • CAMERA

Optional features:

  • Add profile photos
  • Scan business cards
  • Attach images to contacts

2.8 External App Integration

Bondly may detect apps like WhatsApp or email apps to allow quick actions (call, message, email).
We do not access or read data from those apps.
